1/2 cup loosely packed dried arame
1 sm carrot, shredded or
julienned
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 tsp minced fresh dill weed
2 tsp ginger juice
2 tbl tamari soy sauce plus more to taste
3 tbl unseasoned rice vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Reconstitute the arame by steeping it in boiling water for 15 minutes, Drain and set aside to cool.

Combine the arame with all other ingredients and allow to marinate for 30 minutes before using. Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
