1 pkt BIRDS EYE Deluxe Artichoke Hearts (10 ounces) cooked
according
to package directions and drained
1 tbl butter
2 tbl chopped onion
1/2 tsp minced canned garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup lite mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup toasted pecans
1 dsh hot pepper sauce to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Place artichokes, butter, onion, garlic, cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, pecans and hot pepper sauce in food processor.

Pulse 4 to 5 times or until coarsely chopped.

Divide mixture between muffin halves.

Place under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.

Cut each muffin half into quarters.

Makes 48 appetizers.
