14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained
1 box melba rounds
1 stk butter
2 x cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain artichokes, cut in half with shears. Place each half on a melba round on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, saute garlic in butter until soft.

Spoon over artichoke toasts then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then broil for 3 minutes or until bubbly. Can be made the day before.

Serves 12.
