Amount	Ingredient
1 x	or 2 cans artichokes hearts (rinsed well) squash thru fingers
3 x	- 4 cloves garlic minced (more if you like)
1 sm	onion minced
	salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp	lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together; adjust seasonings; if you need more garlic, add it now. Put in a greased 8 x 10 baking dish bake at 350 until top is browned.

(approx. 30 - 45 minutes)
