14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 oz canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, chop
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Tortilla chips
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped chili pepperrs, cheese, and mayonnaise. Turn mixture into an 8-inch round baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or till heated through. Serve warm with tortilla chips and breadsticks.

Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
