Instructions: Drain the spinach, place between paper towels and press out all of the liquid.
Chop the artichoke hearts into medium pieces. Combine the spinach and chopped artichokes, garlic and next 4 ingredients mixing well (do this by hand with a spatula or spoon, do not use a mixer). Spoon into a lightly greased 11"x7" baking dish, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, bake at 375: for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread sticks. Makes about 4 cups. Email this Recipe:
