1 x 10 ounce package frozen, chopped spinach thawed
2 x 6 ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts
3 clv garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup good quality mayonnaise
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or from the green can)
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain the spinach, place between paper towels and press out all of the liquid.

Chop the artichoke hearts into medium pieces. Combine the spinach and chopped artichokes, garlic and next 4 ingredients mixing well (do this by hand with a spatula or spoon, do not use a mixer). Spoon into a lightly greased 11"x7" baking dish, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, bake at 375: for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread sticks.

Makes about 4 cups.
