Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
10 x eggs lightly beaten
1 stk butter melted & cooled
2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 lb lowfat Monterey jack cheese grated
1 sm can black olives chopped or sliced
2 oz roasted red peppers (to 4 oz) chopped
1 can artichoke hearts chopped into
quarters or smaller
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 F.
Butter or spray a 9 x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix flour and baking powder.

Add eggs and butter, blend well. Blend in remaining ingredients.

Put mixture in prepared dish and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.

Cut into squares and serve hot.
