Instructions: Cook artichokes, drain and cut. Beat eggs thoroughly and add artichokes, mozzarella, cheese, and pepperoni. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. May be frozen after baked.
