Instructions: Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade. In a bowl, combine artichokes, lettuce, red peppers, sprouts, almonds, water chestnuts, radish, onion & cheese. Set aside. In a jar w/ a tight fitting lid, combine the rest of the artichoke marinade, vinegar, oil, pepper, sugar & garlic. Cover & shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to mix & serve. Approximately 6 minutes.
