Instructions: Drain artichokes, reserving the oil. Put that oil in a small frying pan. Saute garlic and onion. In a bowl, cut up artichokes, mix in bread crumbs, milk, Italian Seasoning, eggs, and cheese. Add garlic and onion mixture from pan and baking powder.
Put into baking dish, bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Cut into bite sized pieces and serve warm or cold. Email this Recipe:
