9 oz	marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup	warm water
1/2 cup	bread flour
1/2 cup	whole-wheat flour
1/3 cup	cracked wheat
1/2 tbl	sugar
1/2 tbl	salt
1/4 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper
3 tbl	grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 3 tablespoons of the liquid. Place all ingredients including the reserved liquid in your machine in the order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
