2 pkt artichoke hearts frozen, thawed &
drained (9-oz each)
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tbl white worcestershire sauce
1 x clove garlic minced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
Instructions: Place artichokes in a 1-quart casserole. Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over artichokes; sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
