Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Sherry or port
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 x Onion minced
1 tbl Grated fresh ginger root
1 tbl Grated tangerine or orange rind
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Marinate 2 ducks, cut into pieces, in mixture for 4 to 12 hours, as required.
