Instructions: For Shrimp: Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Grill over high heat until cooked through.
For Stir-Fry: In a hot wok or saute pan, saute ginger and garlic in peanut and sesame oils for 1 minute. Add remaining vegetables. Cook until the cabbage is almost completely cooked (3 to 5 minutes). Add soy sauce, sake, and hoisin sauce. Taste for salt and pepper. If more salt is desired, add additional soy sauce. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
