4 lb Pork roast
1 tbl Flour
1 tbl Sugar
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix ingredients together. Place roast in crockpot and pour mixture over it.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours
