Instructions: In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the oil, then gradually whisk in the oil. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate; marinade can be made up to 1 day ahead and stored, covered in the refrigerator (shake or whisk well before using). Serve with any kind of grilled beef, pork or chicken, as well as salmon or shrimp.
