Instructions: To make dressing: Put sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper in large bowl & whisk until sugar dissolves. Whisk in oils until well blended. Add cabbage & green onions. Toss to mix. Cover & refrigerate overnight
(mixture will wilt & decrease in volume). About 4 hours before serving, crumble uncooked noodles over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle with seasoning packets & toss to mix well. Cover & refrigerate. Noodles will soften as they absorb moisture.
