Instructions: A few hours before serving, combine peas in a serving bowl. Refrigerate.
Whisk together vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and salt and pepper. Whisk in the oils. Toast sesame seeds in a skillet until golden brown. At serving time, toss peas in vinaigrette. Refrigerate until serving. Scatter sesame seeds over top and serve. Email this Recipe:
