Instructions: Drain asparagus well and cut spears into 3 pieces.
Finely dice the onion. Melt butter in fry pan and cook onion and bacon until tender, about 2 minutes. Beat eggs, cheese and curry powder together and pour into pan, mixing well to combine. Lay asparagus spears in and cook over very low heat for 5 minutes; do not stir. Place pan under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes to set the top and brown slightly. Serve with fresh tomato sauce. Serves 4.
