1/2 lb fresh asparagus
1 tbl vegetable oil
1/2 tsp McCormick(r) Season-All(r) Seasoned Salt
1/8 tsp McCormick(r) Ground Ginger
dash McCormick(r) Ground White Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Wash asparagus and break off stalks as far down as they snap easily. Cut asparagus diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices.

2. In large skillet, heat oil.

3. Add asparagus and remaining ingredients except soy sauce. Cover and cook over high heat 3 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring 2 or 3 times.

4. Add soy sauce and mix well.

Asparagus, a good source of vitamin A, tastes so great with an Oriental flair.
