1 cup small shell pasta
1/2 cup asparagus, cut
1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup fat-free zesty italian dressing
OR more if needed
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta following package directions. Rinse, drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and marinade for six to eight hours or overnight.

Yield: 6-8 servings
