1 lb fresh asparagus par-boiled
2 tbl chopped green pepper
1 tbl chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp lemon juice
12 oz crab meat
Instructions:
Instructions: Place asparagus in a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.

In a frying pan saute the green pepper and onion in butter. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, and lemon juice. Add the green pepper, onion and crab meat.

Pour mixture over the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
