Instructions: Cut the aubergine in round slices. Fry the slices in a pan with a little oil. Toast the bread. Spread the tomato sauce over the toast. Place the aubergine slices on top. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a little of marjoran. Place in oven under the broiler for 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese browns.
