2 x	Thin slices Aubergine (50gm)
2 tsp	Butter (10gm)
1/4 cup	Canned tomatoes (50 gm)
1/2 tsp	Chives, chopped (2gm)

Instructions:

Instructions: Brown the aubergine in butter. Add salt and pepper. Heat tomatoes in a separate pan and pour over aubergine. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
