Instructions: In mixer, mix water, salt, sugar, eggs. Crisco, and 4-5 cups of the flour. Add yeast and remaining flour. Let dough rise. To make turnovers, roll dough (part of it at a time) out on a floured surface. Cut with a biscuit cutter. To make turnover, put circular piece of dough in your hand and brush with melted butter. Then pull top half of circle over top of the bottom half and place on greased baking pan. Let rolls rise. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
