Instructions: Beat butter, cheese, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Sift flour with baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture in thirds, beating until smooth after each addition. Turn into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan.
