Instructions: Cream Crisco and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Blend mashed bananas in mixture. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and stir until mixed; add vanilla. Put into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
