Ingredients:

1 cup Butter
1 tbl Ginger
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Soda
1 cup Molasses
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream butter; add sugar, and cream until smooth. Add molasses. Sift flour with ginger, soda and salt. Add to first mixture. Form into balls the size of a small walnut. Place on greased cookie sheets. Flatten with the back of a tablespoon. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes.
