Instructions: Mix flour and butter until crumbly.
Soak yeast in water, add 1 tablespoon sugar to mixture. Mix together beaten egg yolks, milnot, vanila, salt. Add to yeast mixture. Add flour and butter. Knead well. Cover and refrig. for several hours or overnight. Forn into walnut size balls and roll out into thin circles. Place small amount of filling into circle and roll up. Place onto cookie sheet in horseshoe form. FILLING Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually add sugar and fold in nuts. 375*-15 minutes NOTES : I prefer pecans. Email this Recipe:
