6 x or 7 oz. pkg. chicken flavored rice
2 x green onions sliced thin
1/2 x green bell pepper chopped
8 x stuffed green olives sliced
2 jar marinated artichoke hearts
chopped
1/4 tsp curry powder
2 tsp beau monde
1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with a little
artichoke marinate
3/4 cup chopped celery
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook and cool rice. Toss in vegetables and mix in mayonnaise.
