1 x Sea bass filet, 2-3 lbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Place sea bass on broiler tray, and season with salt pepper and garlic powder. Place tray under broiler Broil fish until almost fully cooked Remove fish from oven, and put a thin layer of Saucy Susan on top of sea bass. Return sea bass to oven and broil until Saucy Susan caramelizes...do not leave it unattended....so babysit until the desired doneness is achieved. Then serve. Its very good and very rich in flavor.
