1 pkt frozen chopped broccoli (16 oz.)
1 can chopped asparagus (10 1/2 oz.) drained
1 can French-style green beans (14.5 oz.) drained
1 jar artichoke hearts (6 oz.) drained and chopped
1 jar pimientos (2 oz.) dont drain
1 med white onion chopped
1 cup green pepper chopped
1 x cucumber peeled and chopped Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 tbl garlic salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook and cool broccoli. In large bowl, mix together broccoli, asparagus, green beans, artichoke hearts, pimentos, onion, green pepper and cucumber. In small bowl, combine until creamy mayonnaise, half-and-half, garlic salt and lemon juice. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Chill in refrigerator at least 6 hours, covered tightly with lid or plastic wrap.

Makes about 15 servings.
