Instructions: 1 . Cook pasta in boiling water until tender, add a drop of oil to prevent the pasta clinging together. Drain and rinse.
2. Cut ham into thin strips. Cut zucchini into thin slices then place 2 to 4 pieces together and cut into thin strips. Cut artichoke hearts into quarters. 3. Assemble salad in a medium-sized salad bowl, mixing pasta, ham, onion, olives, zucchini and artichokes gently together. 4. Combine dressing ingredients together in a covered container, shake well.
