Instructions: Saute onions in fat. Add 1 tablespoon paprika, and all the garlic, caraway, marjoram, salt, and lemon juice. Add meat (do not brown). Simmer; covered for 2 hours. Skim off fat. Blend in remaining paprika, flour, water and tomato paste. Simmer 15 minutes longer, allowing to come to a rolling boil.
