1 kg pork fillet

15 ml Lemon aspen juice
40 ml light soy sauce
30 ml sweet sherry
1 tbl Hoisin sauce
1/2 tbl grated ginger
1/2 tbl Mountain pepper
6 x Native pepperberries
2 x cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp Bush tomato oil (or sesame oil)
40 ml honey
1/2 tsp five spice powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Prep time 2 hrs

Combine all the marinade ingredients, lightly crushing the native pepperberries and brush over the pork fillet(s). Leave in a dish to marinate for at least 1 hour before baking at 200 C for 50 minutes or until done, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Slice thinly and arrange on a platter around a mound of lemon myrtle rice. Garnish with shredded mixed vegetables.
