2 pkt (10-oz) frozen corn, thawed, drained
1/2 lb Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/4 cup Cornmeal
1 x Egg, beaten
2 tbl Parkay margarine, melted
2 tbl Finely chopped green pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart casserole; cover.

Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes. 6 servings.
