Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Rhubarb - sliced, (450g)
2 x Pears - sliced
8 oz Plums - stones removed and halved, (225g)
3 tbl Water, (3 to 4)
2 oz , (50-75g) caster, (2 to 3) sugar to taste
1/2 x Schwartz Vanilla Pod - split
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all the fruit in a large saucepan with the water, sugar, Vanilla Pod and Cinnamon Stick. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes until fruit is tender.

Cool and remove the Vanilla Pod and Cinnamon Stick just before serving. Serve with cream, or as the filling for a crumble or pie.
