Instructions: Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange rind, orange juice, ginger and nutmeg in medium-sized non-aluminum saucepan, stirring well. Stir in chopped pineapple and apple. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring frequently. Serve warm with chicken, turkey or pork. Only 23 calories per tablespoon.
