Instructions: Dissolve marshmallows and cream in double boiler. Cool. Add mashed avocado, juice of half a lemon. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream and place in freezer. Serve with pistachio nuts-and do not tell anyone what it is until after they have eaten it.
