1 x	Avocado peeled, pitted,
	and chopped
	Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
	Salt to taste
	Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp	Chopped garlic

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, fitted with a metal blade. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields about 1 cup.
