2 lrg ripe avocados
1 cup sour cream
2 tbl finely chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup cold vegetable stock
1 tsp soy sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, extract the stones, scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender. Add the res of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Chill for 20 minutes, garnish and serve.

30 minutes to make
Good source of vitamin A, B group vitamins, potassium

This is a cold soup, perfect for dinner parties or summer picnics. Chill it and serve garnished with a little chopped dill or chives.
