1 x	thick slice sourdough
2 slc	pancetta or slice of bacon, (cooked)
1/2 x	avocado - sliced thickly
	seeded tomato, chopped and mixed with olive oil, salt and pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Grill bread, rub with garlic and paint with extra virgin olive oil. Top with fried pancetta or roasted bacon and avocado. Drizzle the tomato mixture over.
