1 lb snow crab meat, thawed if necessary
6 oz frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 oz (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz (1 cup) shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 tsp salt, or to taste
2 tsp ground pepper, or to taste
1 tbl minced garlic
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl chopped shallots
Instructions:
Instructions: Shred crab into a medium saucepan. Add artichoke hearts, beans, cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, shallots and spinach. Bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat, stirring often to keep mixture from becoming a thick, lumpy mass. (Or place mixture in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at medium power 5 minutes, or until heated through.) Serve warm.

Yield: About 3 cups.
