Instructions: Shred crab into a medium saucepan. Add artichoke hearts, beans, cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, shallots and spinach. Bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat, stirring often to keep mixture from becoming a thick, lumpy mass. (Or place mixture in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at medium power 5 minutes, or until heated through.) Serve warm.
