Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook Spam, onion, and jalapenos 7 to 10 minutes or until Spam is browned.

In bowl, combine lima beans, hominy, cheese, and chili powder. Stir in Spam mixture. Pour into greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve with picante sauce.
