1 x	tin tomato soup
1 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl	soy sauce
1 clv	garlic
1/2 x	green pepper
2 tbl	prepared mustard
2 tbl	apricot or plum jam

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except chicken & pour over chicken. Bake until tender

(about 1 hour on 180 degrees C)
