2 lb small new potatoes
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 x garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup slivered sun-dried tomatoes
----------------- ADDITIONS ----------------
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup slivered fresh basil, divided
Instructions:
Instructions: Scrub unpeeled potatoes, cutting larger ones into halves. Steam 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; Set aside, reserving 1 Tbsp potato water.

In small bowl whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic and reserved potato water. Whisk in oil, sun-dried tomatoes and salt & pepper. In large bowl, toss warm potatoes, vinaigrette and 1/4 cup of the basil. Transfer to platter or large serving bowl; top with cheese and remaining basil.
