Instructions: CUT the cucumber into small cubes. Julienne the red chilli. Cut baby corns into five cm. long bite-sized pieces. Chop spring onions. Dice soya paneer.
In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients, except spring onions. Spoon fresh tomato sauce over the salad. Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top. Chill and serve. NOTES : (A nutritious salad topped with fresh tomato sauce) Email this Recipe:
