2 cup fresh baby lima beans, (about 2 pounds, unshelled)
(or one 10-ounce package frozen baby lima beans)
1 tbl unsalted margarine
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
3 tbl sour cream
2 tbl plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbl minced parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In a large saucepan, bring an inch of unsalted water to a boil; add the lima beans and cook, covered, over moderate heat for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain.

2. Stir in the margarine, salt, pepper, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, and paprika.
