Instructions: In a bowl, mash corned beef with a fork until fairly smooth. Stir in cheese, sauerkraut and mayonnaise, mixing well.
Separate biscuit dough. Stretch and pat a piece of dough into a 4 inch circle. Place 1 tablespoon corned-beef mixture on one side of the circle. Brush the edges of the circle with egg white. Fold dough circle over filling, pressing edges to seal. Crimp edges with a fork. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Continue with remaining dough and filling. Just before baking, recrimp edges with a fork to strengthen the seal. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Makes 20 large hors doeuvres. Email this Recipe:
