6 x	Strips bacon,diced
1/2 cup	Mushrooms
2 cup	Stale bread cubes
1 tbl	Grated onion
2 tbl	Lemon juice
1 tbl	Parsley
1 tsp	Sage
1 cup	Diced shrimp, optional
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/8 tsp	Pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Cook bacon until almost crisp. Saute mushrooms slightly in bacon drippings.

Add bacon and bread crumbs; stir over low heat until brown. Add remaining ingredients.
